AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH HARDING-
LAWSON ASSOCIATES RELATING TO CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION
SERVICES FOR LEVEE IMPROVEMENTS AT THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL SITE
WT-IEREAS, a proposed agreement with Harding - Lawson Associ-
ates, Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists, for their services
in connection with construction inspection for levee improvements
at the City of Alameda Solid as Disposal Site, has been sub-
mitted to this Council and the Council is fully informed and
aware of the terms and conditions thereof and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City o
Alameda that said agreement be entered into;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute and to attest to; respectively, for and
on behalf of the City of Alameda, that certain agreement referred
to above by and between Harding -- Lawson Associates and the City of
Alameda for their services relating to construction inspection
for levee improvements at the City of Alameda Solid haste Dis-
posal Site®
