AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH LeBLANC &
COMPANY FOR ITS SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH DEVELOP-
MENT, APPLICATION FOR AND DISTRIBUTION OF FEDERAL
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION AND/OR DEPARTMENT
OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with LeBlanc & Company, a
California partnership, for its services relating to the develop-
ment, as well as the application for and distribution of federal
Economic Development Administration and/or Department of Housing
and Urban Development funds, has been submitted to this Council,
and the Council is fully informed and aware of the terms and con-
ditions thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Alameda
that said agreement be entered into
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor of the City of Alameda is hereby
authorized and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City,
that certain agreement referred to above by and between LeBlanc
& Company and the City of Alameda, for its services relating to
the development, application for and distribution of federal
Economic Development Administration and/or Department of Housing
and Urban Development Funds, The City Clerk is hereby directed
to attest to same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of August,
1979, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
the official seal of said City this 8th day of August, 1979.
