APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 3037 FOR DIVISION OF LOT
14, BLOCK 3 OF TRACT 3810, PERMITTING RECORDING
THEREOF AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH
CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (HARBOR BAY ISLE ASSOCIATES -
SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, Harbor Bay Isle Associates, a partnership, com-
prised of Doric Development, Inc., a California corporation, and
Bay Farm Island, Inc., a Nevada corporation, subdivider herein,
has presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for
division of Lot 14, Block 3 of Tract 3810, said property being
located northerly of Harbor. Bay Parkway, from west of the north
end of Packet Landing Road to approximately 900 feet east of
Catalina Avenue and known as Parcel Map No. 3037; and
WHEREAS, said Parcel Map is in conformance with the
al Map of Tract 3810;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 3037 is hereby approved and per-
mission given to Subdivider to record same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
No 3037 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant
to Section 11- 3112(h }, determines that discharge of waste from
the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional
water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st day of August, 1979,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT None.
