APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 2996 FOR DIVISION OF
PROPERTY BETWEEN WOOD AND BAY STREETS NORTH OF
EAGLE AVENUE, PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF AND
FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH CITY'S
GENERAL PLAN (HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda, a
Public Body Corporate, subdivider herein, has presented to the
Council for approval a Parcel Map for division of property
located between Wood and Bay Streets north of Eagle Avenue, in
the City of Alameda, known as Parcel Map No. 29967
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 2996, heretofore accepted and
approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission
given to Subdivider to record same, subject to the conditions
and based upon the findings in the Planning Board's report to the
Council dated July 20, 1979.
BE PT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
No. 2996 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and
pursuant to Section 11-3112(h) determines that discharge of waste
from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate
regional water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st day of August, 1979,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
