APPOINTING COMMISSIONER OF THE HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that pursuant to the provisions of Part 2, Division 24, Health
and Safety Code of California, and particularly Sections 34270
and 34272 thereof, DOROTHY A. JONES is hereby appointed a
Commissioner of the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda,
as a tenant member of said Authority, for the term expiring on
May 15, 1980, and to serve until her successor is appointed
and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify t the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted hv the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of September, 1979,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and President Corica, (4).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: Councilman Diament, (1).
