APPOINTING E. DEEN SPEEGLE
CITY CLERK
BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that E. DEEN SPEEGLE be and hereby is appointed to the offica
of City Clerk of the City of Alameda, said appointment Lo be
effective on September 11, 1979, and upon qualification as
provided in Section 2-9 of the City Charter.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of September, 1979,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and President Corica, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Diament, (1).
