APPROVING PAVEMENT MARKING DEMONSTRATION PROJECT
IN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO SIGN PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO, 2
WHEREAS this master agreement, Local Agency-State Agreement
for Federal Aid Projects, No. 04-5014, was executed by the City
of Alameda on the 22nd day of June, 1977;
WHEREAS that agreement, Article 5, any project requires
authorization by the Federal Highway Administration and a program
supplemental agreement executed by the City (attached hereto)
WHEREAS the following streets have been approved for the
project:
1. Buena Vista Avenue, Tilden Way to Webster Street
2. Central Avenue, Webster Street to Third Street
3. Central Avenue, Third Street to Pacific Avenue
4. Encinal Avenue, High Street to Broadway
5. High Street, Fernsi.de Boulevard to Otis Drive
6. Maitland Drive, Melrose Avenue to Island Drive
7. Santa Clara Avenue, High Street to Webster Street
8. Willow Street, Encinal Avenue to Sandcreek Way
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that said project be, and the same is, hereby approved
and adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to
sign the said attached supplemental agreement.

Pursuant to the Federal Highway Safety Act, the attached
"Program" of Federal Aid Projects marked "Exhibit B" is hereby
incorporated in that Master Agreement for the Federal-Aid Program
which was entered into between the above named LOCAL AGENCY and
the STATE on 6-22-77 and is subject to all of
the terms and con, tions t ereo
The subject program is adopted in accordance with Paragraph 2
of Article II of the aforementioned agreement under authority of
Cityriaim,== Resolution No. 9160 approved by the City
