APPOINTING THE PERSONS NOMINATED AS, TRUSTEES OF THE
BAY FARM ISLAND RECLAMATION DISTRICT NO, 2105
WHEREAS, pursuant to law the Secretary of the Board of
Trustees of Bay Farm Island Reclamation District No 2105, at
least seven days prior to the final date for receiving petitions,
duly published notice that nominating petitions for the office
of trustee would be received not later than 5:00 p.m. on
September 13, 1979;
WHEREAS, only two petitions for offices of trustee were
filed by said time and date;'
WHEREAS, the number of trustees to be elected at said
election is two and the ai::zmber of nominees does not exceed the
number of trustees to be elected; and
WHEREAS, no petition requesting E_hat the election be held
has been presented to the Board of Trustees of said District;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA as follows:

the persons duly nominated for the position of trustee, namely
Raymond P. Kranelly and Franz S. Collischonn, are hereby
appointed to the offices of trustee of Bay Farm Island Reclama-
tion District No. 2105 for terms of our years commencing
November 6, 1979:
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
Was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of October, 1979,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and
