AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT REPROGRAMMING
AMENDMENT TO THE HCDA APPLICATION FOR SECOND
AND THIRD YEAR FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda has received entitlement
funds under the Housing and Community Development Act Block
Grant program; and
WHEREAS, the City undertakes planning and general
project administrative activities in executing the HCDA program;
and
WHEREAS, the City has held public hearings to reprogram
$170,846 of second and third year HCDA funding for said purposes;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the public hearings above-
mentioned, the City Manager is hereby authorized to file a
reprogramming amendment application for HCDA funding.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
Was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of October, 1979,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
