APPROVING PARCEL MAP 2624 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY
AT 311 CYPRESS STREET AND 310, 312 SPRUCE STREET;
PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF, AAPPROVING CASH
DEPOSIT AS TO SUFFICIENCY AND FINDING SAID PARCEL
MAP CONSISTENT WITH CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (SUBDIVIDER,
JOHN BARNI, JR., AGENT FOR MRS. MATILDA CIARLO)
WHEREAS, John Barni, Jr., agent for Mrs. Matilda Ciarlo,
subdivider herein, has presented to the Council for approval a
Parcel Map for division of property at 311 Cypress Street and
310, 312 Spruce Street and designated Parcel Map 2624; and
WHEREAS, Subdivider desires to post a cash deposit in
sufficient amount to cover moving of the water meter and gas
meter for 311 Cypress Street and the cost of a mylar copy of the
recorded map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11- 319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map 2624, heretofore accepted and approved
by the Planning Board, as set forth in said Board's report to
the City Council dated January 8, 1979, is hereby approved and
permission given to Subdivider to record same;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a cash deposit in the sum of
$400, guaranteeing the moving of the water meter and gas meter
for 311 Cypress Street and the cost of a mylar copy of the
recorded map, is hereby approved as sufficient in amount.
BE IT, FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
2624 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant
to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the
subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water
quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
Was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of October, I979,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Dia0eDt, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and
President Corica, (5).
