AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC
GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY TO PERFORM CERTAIN WORK
IN CONNECTION WITH CONSTRUCTION OF CITY LINE ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized to
execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City,
an agreement with Pacific Gas and Electric Company which pro-
vides for moving and adjusting a 12,000 volt underground
electric line to permit installation of a storm drain across
City Line Road, said agreement to be substantially in the form
of that heretofore placed in the office of the City Clerk and
marked, "Filed, October 16, 1979."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payment under said agreement
will be made in the same manner that like claims against City are
paid with checks drawn on the treasury of the City, and shall be
payable from Economic Development Act Funds, City Line Road
Account No. 2611-6.

The above is signed with the provision of the receipt
of Federal Funding which has previously been apnroved,
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
Was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
Of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of October, 1979,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: NOne,
ABSENT: None.
