APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 4270, A DIVISION
OF PROPERTY AT 2900 CENTRAL AVENUE, FINDING SAID
TENTATIVE MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL
PLAN AND DETERMINING THAT DISCHARGE OF WASTE INTO
SEWER SYSTEM WILL NOT VIOLATE REGIONAL WATER
QUALITY CONTROL REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, HLH Development, owner and subdivider herein,
has presented to the Council for approval a Tentative Map for
Tract 4270, a division of property at 2900 Central Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, on November 6, 1979, held
a public hearing on said Tentative Map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-3112 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, the Tentative Map for Tract 4270, heretofore
accepted and approved by the Planning Board, and subject to the
conditions and based upon the findings contained in the City
Planning Board's report to this Council dated October 24, 1979,
is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby finds the
Tentative Map for Tract 4270 is consistent with the City's
General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11-3112(h) determines that
discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system
will not violate regional water quality control regulations.
I the undersigned, hereby certify that. the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly Introduced and. adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting. assembled on the 6t11 day of November, 1979,
