GRANTING APPLICATION FOR LEAVE TO PRESENT LATE
CLAIM AND REJECTING SAID CLAIM OF JERRY D. MOORE
AGAINST CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Application for Leave to Present Late Claim presented to
the City on October 16, 1979 by Jerry D. Moore is hereby granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the claim against the City
heretofore on October 16, 1979, filed by Jerry D. Moore, whose
address is 2226 San Antonio Avenue, B, Alameda, CA 94501, be
rejected in its entirety on the grounds said claim is not a
proper charge against the City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of said rejection
be in the following words and that a certified copy of this
resolution be mailed to said claimant's attorneys Ray T. Rockwell,
Law Offices of Camp & Rockwell, 100 Webster Street, Penthouse,
Oakland, California 94607:
"NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the claim which you
presented to the City of Alameda on October 16, 1979,
was rejected on November 6, 1979.

six months from the date this notice was per-
sonally delivered or deposited in the mail to
