CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9180
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH H. D.
WELLER FOR CONSULTATION SERVICES RELATING TO THE
CITY COUNCIL'S SEARCH FOR A NEW CITY MANAGER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby
is, authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively,
on behalf of the City, an agreement with H. D. WELLER
which provides for his services relating to the City
Council's search for a new City Manager, said agreement
to be substantially in the form of that heretofore placed
in the office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed,
November 6, 1979" .
I, the undersgned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
wos duly and regularly introduced and anon ed bv the Council of the CiCy
of Alameda Jn regular meeting assembled on the 6th day of. November, 19/9,
