APPOINTING J. BRUCE RUPP ACTING CITY MANAGER
OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that J. BRUCE RUPP be, and he hereby is, appointed to the
position of Acting City Manager of the City of Alameda,
effective November 26, 1979, and to serve until the Council
appoints a City Manager.
I, the undersigned hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City
Alameda in a special meeting assembled on the 23rd day of November, 1979
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diameot~ Stone, Tillman, and President Corica
