AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH MERRILL LYNCH
WHITE WELD CAPITAL MARKETS GROUP FOR FINANCIAL ADVISOR
SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH CITY OF ALAMEDA NONPROFIT
CORPORATION LEASE REVENUE BONDS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized
to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the
City, an agreement with Merrill Lynch White Weld Capital Markets
Group for financial advice in connection with City of Alameda
Nonprofit Corporation Lease Revenue Bonds, said agreement to be
substantially in the form of that heretofore placed in the
office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, November 20, 1979."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of December, 1979,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and
President Corica, (5)
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
