AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH JONES HALL
HILL & WHITE FOR BOND COUNSEL SERVICES IN CONNECTION
WITH A PARKING FACILITY PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized
to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the
City, an agreement with Jones Hall Hill & White, Attorneys at
Law, for their services in connection with the authorization,
issuance, sale and delivery of bonds by a nonprofit corporation
and /or by a parking authority, said agreement to be substanti-
ally in the form of that heretofore placed in the office of the
City Clerk and marked, "Filed, November 20, 1979."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of December, 1979,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and
President Corica, (5)
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
official seal of said City this 19th day of December, 1979.
