Resolution 0919814' CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9198 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH BARTON-ASCHMAN ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RELATING TO A TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICE INVENTORY WHEREAS, by its Resolution No. 9088 adopted June 5, 1979 this Council authorized an application to the Business and Transportation Agency office of Traffic Safety of the State of California for funding of a Traffic Control Device Inventory; and WHEREAS, the proposal submitted by Barton-Aschman Associates to conduct a Traffic Control Device Inventory has been reviewed by the City and approved by the Office of Traffic Safety; and WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with Barton-Aschman Associates for its services relating to conducting a Traffic Control Device Inventory has been submitted to this Council, and the Council is fully informed and aware of the terms and conditions thereof; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Alameda, that certain agreement referred to above by and between Barton-Aschman Associates and the City of Alameda for its professional services relating to conducting a Traffic Control Device Inventory. The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payment for said services shall be from the Traffic Control Device Inventory Fund, Account 2249. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of December, 1979, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and President Corica, (5) NOES: None ABSENT: None IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the official seal of said City this 19th day of December, 1979.
