APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
4290 AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEDICATED EASEMENTS AND
A PARCEL OF LAND
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and

11 approved by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain pro-
posed subdivision known as Tract 3810; and
WHEREAS, Harbor Bay Isle Associates, a partnership,
subdivider herein, has presented to the Council for approval
h a Final Map of that proposed subdivision known as Tract 4290,
V which is a subdivision of Lot 8, Block 4, Tract 3810; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon certain
N easements designated "Public Utilities Easement" and a parcel
of land designated "Harbor Bay Parkway" dedicated to the public,
V and certain rights of access dedicated to the City of Alameda;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of Tract 4290 be, and
hereby is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements and parcel
of land dedicated to the public are hereby accepted, on behalf
q of public, for use in conformity with the terms of the offers
q of dedication, and said access rights dedicated to the City of
p Alameda are hereby accepted on behalf of the City.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of December, 1979,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman, and
President Corica, (5)
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
