OF PROPERTY WITHIN ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE, FINDING t

SAID TENTATIVE MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL
PLAN AND DETERMINING THAT DISCHARGE OF WASTE INTO
SEWER SYSTEM WILL NOT VIOLATE REGIONAL WATER QUALITY

WHEREAS, Alameda Marina Village Associates, owner and

subdivider herein, has presented to the Council for approval a
Tentative Map for Tract 3843, a division of property located
p within Alameda Marina Village at Atlantic Avenue, extended, and

WHEREAS, the City Council, on January 15, 1980, held a

4 public hearing on said Tentative Map.
NOW, TEEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-3112 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, the Tentative Map for Tract 3843, including
exceptions to the Alameda Municipal Code as noted in the City
Engineer's report of November 29, 1979 to the Planning Board,
heretofore accepted and approved by the Planning Board and sub-
ject to the conditions and based upon the findings contained in
the City Planning Board's report to this Council dated January 7,
1980, is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby finds the
Tentative Map for Tract 3843 is consistent with the City's
General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11-3112(h) determines that
discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system
will not violate regional water quality control regulations.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of January, 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone,
Tillman, and President Corica, (5)
