APPOINTING VALUATIONS ASSESSMENT COMMISSIONERS
OF BAY FARM ISLAND RECLAMATION DISTRICT NO. 2105
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of Bay Farm Island Reclamation
District No. 2105 has notified the City Council that the
reclamation works have been completed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received the Report of
Completion and Petition for Appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Alameda as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 51322 of the California
Water Code, the City Council hereby appoints as Valuation
Assessment Commissioners of Bay Farm Island Reclamation District
No. 2105 William R. Kirkland, James R. Stillman, and John J.
Keeting.
Section 2. Each of said Valuation Commissioners shall,
before entering upon his duties, make and subscribe an oath that he
is not in any manner interested in any real estate within the
Reclamation District, directly or indirectly, and that he will
perform the duties of a commissioner to the best of his abilities.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th day of
February , 1992, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Couneilmembers Arnerich, Candela, Roth and
Acting President Lucas - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: Mayor Withrow - 1.
IN WITNESS, WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
official seal of said City this 5th day of February , 1992.
