RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THANKS AND APPRECIATION TO MR. ABE KOFMAN
AND MRS. SARA KOFMAN 'FOR THEIR GENEROUS CONTRIBUTION TO THE OTIS/
OAK MINI-PARK.
WHEREAS, MR. ABE KOFMAN AND MRS. SARA KOFMAN contributed
$3,000.00 to the City of Alameda toward costs to complete the Otis/
Oak Mini-Park; and
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Knfman have actively participated
in civic affairs and have served the community many years; and
WHEREAS, the support of citizens such as Mr. and Mrs. Knfman
is greatly valued by the Council of the City of Alameda; now,
THEREFORE, BE that the citizens and the Council
of the City f Alameda expresses thanks and appreciation to
MR. ABE KOFMAN AND MRS. SARA KOFMAN for their generous contribution
to the Otis/Oak Mini-Park and for their outstanding service to the
community; and
BE IT THE Alameda City il extends
to MR.ABE KOFMAN AND MRS. SARA KOFMAN their best wishes for good
health, happiness, and continued success in the years ahead.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of January, 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone,
Tillman, and President Corica, (5)
