AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF LIABILITY ADMINISTRATION
AGREEMENT WITH R. L. KAUTZ & CO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute, for and
on behalf of the City of Alameda, that certain Renewal of the
it existing Administration Agreement between fhe City and R. L.
Kautz & Co., for its services relating to supervision and admin-
istration of the City s self-insured liability program.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Renewal shall be for a
period of one year from December 1 1979 to November 30, 1980, at i

027 lithe annual fee of $8,500.00.
