AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH SANTINA &
THOMPSON, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
IN CONNECTION WITH THE FERNSIDE BOULEVARD EXTENSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be and each hereby is authorized to
gexecute and to attest to respectively, on behalf of the City,
;an agreement with Santina. & Thompson, Inc., a California
'
,corporation, for its professional engineering services in the
}planning and design of the Fernside Boulevard extension, said
;=agreement to be substantially in the form of that heretofore
's placed in the office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed,
h January 15, 1980,"
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payment for said services
;shall be from County Gas Tax Funds,
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of January, 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone,
Tillman, and President Corica, (5)
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
