APPOINTING THEODORE J. HOLMES AS A MEMBER
OF THE GOLF COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
pursuant to Sections 2-321 and following of the Alameda MunicipalI
Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, THEODORE J. HOLMES is
hereby appointed to the office of member of the Golf Commission
of the City of Alameda, for the term expiring September 30, 1980,I
and to serve until his successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of February, 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Sherratt - 1
