APPOINTING J. BRUCE RUPP CITY MANAGER
OF TUE CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
Hthat J. BRUCE RUPP be and hereby is appointed to the office of
City Manager of the City of Alameda, said appointment to take
effect from and after February 5, 1980, and upon qualification
as provided in Section 2-9 of the City Charter.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of February, 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Tillman and President Corica (3).
NOES:
Councilman Stone
ABSENT: Councilman Sherratt - 1
