AMENDING THE 1979-1980 BUDGET BY TRANSFERRING
MONIES FROM THE GENERAL FUND RESERVE TO THE
AUDITOR AND ASSESSOR ACCOUNT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the sum of $5,317.00 be and is hereby transferred from the
General Fund Reserve Account No 199.200 to the Auditor and
Assessor Salaries Account No, 109.100.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Auditor and Treasurer are
hereby authorized and directed to make said transfer on their
respective books and records.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of February, 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Sherratt - 1
