AMENDING THE SALARY RESOLUTION BY AMENDING THE
SALARY OF THE CITY MANAGER AND BY CREATING THE
POSITION OF FINANCE DIRECTOR AND ESTABLISHING THE
SALARY THEREFOR
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
Resolution No 9162 adopted October 2, 1979, be amended by
amending the salary of the City, Manager and creating the position
of Finance Director and establishing the salary therefor, as
follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions of this
Resolution shall supersede those portions of Resolution No 9162,
and of any other resolution in conflict herewith, and all such
conflicting provisions are, to the extent of such conflict only,
hereby repealed.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of February, 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Sherratt - 1
