AMENDING PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY
AND JAMES R. SANDERSON (ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING
TO THE HARBOR BAY ISLE PROJECT)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City Manager be and hereby is authorized to execute, and the
City Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City, an amendment to that
certain Personal Services Agreement dated July 1, ,1979, between
the City and James R. Sanderson, said amendment to be substan-
tially in the form of that on file in the office of the City
Clerk and marked "Filed February 5, 1980," and providing for an
increase in the monthly compensation for said personal services,
an extension of the termination date of said Agreement and an
amendment of the Title of Assignment.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of February, 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Sherratt - 1
