AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH LOUIS
L. Y. SUNG FOR PERSONAL SERVICES (ENGINEERING
SERVICES RELATING TO THE HARBOR BAY ISLE PROJECT)
BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City Manager and the City Clerk be and each hereby is,
authorized and directed to execute and to attest to respectively,
on behalf of the City, an agreement with Louis L. Y. Sung, by
which he will provide assistance to the City's Engineering
Department in the implementation and processing of plans, calcu-
lations and improvements for subdivisions in the Harbor Bay Isle
project, and other Engineering services as directed, said
agreement to be substantially in the form of that on file in the
office of the City Clerk and marked, `'Filed, February 5, 1980."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of February, 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Sherratt - 1
