AMENDING PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY
AND ROBIN S. C. LEE (ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING
TO THE ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE PROJECT)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City Manager be and hereby is authorized to execute, and the
City Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City, an amendment to
that certain Personal Services Agreement dated November 6, 1979,
between the City and Robin S. C. Lee, said amendment to be sub-
stantially in the form of that on file in the office of the City
Clerk and marked "Filed February 5, 1980," and providing for an
increase in the monthly compensation for said personal services.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City
of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of February, 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Stone Tillman and
President Corica, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Sherratt - 1
