AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH ALBERT
HOROWITZ FOR PERSONAL SERVICES (PLANNING SERVICES
RELATING TO ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City Manager and the City Clerk be, and each hereby is,
authorized and directed to execute and to attest to, respectively,
on behalf of the City, an agreement with Albert Horowitz by
which he will provide assistance to the City's Planning Depart-
ment in the processing of all texts, plans and maps pertaining
to Alameda Marina Village and perform other Planning services as
directed, said agreement to be substantially inthe form of that
on file in the office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed,
February 19, 1980."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said
agreement shall be February 5, 1980.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the agreement entered into
on October 1, 1979 between the City and Albert Horowitz is hereby
rescinded in its entirety.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council
of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19th day
of February, 1980, by the following vote, to wit;
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica - 5
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
