AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH
HARBOR BAY ISLE ASSOCIATES FOR INSTALLATION AND
MAINTENANCE OF SEVEN BUS SHELTERS ON BRIDGEWAY ROAD
AND MECARTNEY ROAD

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized and
directed to execute and attest to respectively, on behalf of
the City, that certain proposed License Agreement with Harbor
Bay Isle Associates, which provides for the installation and
maintenance of seven bus stop shelters to be located within the
public right -of -way, as follows:
1. Southeast corner of Bridgeway Road and Packet
Landing Road.
2. Northwest corner of Bridgeway Road and Packet
Landing Road.
Southeast corner of Bridgeway Road and
Puddingstone Road,
4. Northwest corner of Bridgeway Road and
Puddingstone Road.
5. Southeast corner 'of Bridgeway Road and Channing Way.
6. Northwest corner of Bridgeway Road and Channing Way.
7. Northwest corner of Mecartney Road and Baywalk Road.,
said Agreement to be substantially in the form of that on file
in the office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, February 5,
1980."
I, the UDderODDed, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by Council
of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19th day
of February, 1080, by the following vote, to wit;
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and
President Corica - 5

ABSENT: None
