AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH THERESA
HUGHES & ASSOCIATES IN CONNECTION WITH PREPARATION
OF ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTS FOR THE PATTON WAY
PROJECT
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with Theresa Hughes & Asso-
ciates for its services relating to preparation of environmental
documents for the City s Patton Way Project has been submitted
to this Council, and the Council is fully informed and aware of
the terms and conditions thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Alameda that said agreement be entered into
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute, for and on behalf of the City of Alameda, that certain
agreement referred to above by and between Theresa Hughes &
Associates and the City of Alameda for its services relating to
the preparation of draft and final environmental documents for
the City's Patton Way Project, The City Clerk is hereby directed
to attest to same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th day of March, 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, *Sherratt, Stone, Tillman
and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
official seal of said City this 5th day of March, 1980.
