AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION
AND COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH
SUBDIVISION TRACT 4288 AND APPROVING BONDS AS TO
SUFFICIENCY
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 3, Title XI
of the Alameda Municipal Code, Harbor Bay Isle Associates, a
partnership, subdivider herein, has prepared and presented to
this Council the Final Map of the subdivision known as Tract
4288; and
WHEREAS, said Subdivider has entered
to construct and complete the improvements in sa
has filed the Final map thereof for approval at
has posted its bonds guaranteeing the developmen
Parkway and the related storm drain outfall and

WHEREAS, it will be to the advantage and benefit of the
City to have said work performed in accordance with said
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the agreement for construction and completion
of the public improvements in said subdivision, and all its
terms and conditions be and hereby is approved, and the City
Manager and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute and attest to, respectively, said agreement on behalf
of the City of Alameda.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the amount of
$359,000, guaranteeing development of Harbor Bay Parkway and the
related storm drain outfall, and the bond in the amount of
$370,000, guaranteeing full and faithful performance of the sub -
divider's said public improvements construction contract, are
hereby approved as sufficient in amount.

was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th day of March, 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
