Resolution 09250CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9250
APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBD'IVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
4288 AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEDICATED EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and
approved by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain pro-
posed subdivision known as Tract 3810; and
WHEREAS, Harbor Bay Isle Associates, a partnership,
subdivider herein, has presented to the Council for approval
a Final Map of that proposed subdivision known as Tract 4288,
which is a subdivision of Lot 12, Block 4, Tract 3810; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon certain
private streets designated as Ennis Place, Tullamore Place,
Castlebar Place, Killarney Place and Callan Place dedicated to
the public as Public Utilities Easement and certain non - exclusive
easements designated "Public' Utilities Easement" and dedicated to
the public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of Tract 4288 be, and hereby is
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements dedicated to
the public are hereby accepted, on behalf of the public, f'or use
in conformity with the terms of the offers of dedication,
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th day of March, 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman
and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
