Resolution 09251CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 9251 DECLARING A LOCAL EMERGENCY RELATIVE TO ALAMEDA SOUTH SHORE BEACH WHEREAS, on February 25, 1980, the City Council determined that due to high tides and heavy rain extreme peril to life and property existed at Alameda South Shore Beach; and WHEREAS, in accordance with state law a local emergency did exist7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Director of the Office of Emergency Services with a request that he find it acceptable in accordance with the provisions of the appropriate sections of the Natural Disaster Assistance Act. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th day of March, 1980, by the following vote, to wit: AYES:.
