APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 4374, A CONDOMINIUM
CONVERSION PROJECT AT 1333 WEBSTER STREET, FINDING
SAID TENTATIVE MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL
PLAN AND DETERMINING THAT DISCHARGE OF WASTE INTO
SEWER SYSTEM WILL NOT VIOLATE REGIONAL WATER QUALITY
CONTROL REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, Park Webster Associates, a limited partnership,
owner and subdivider, has presented to the Council for approval
a Tentative Map for Tract 4374, a Condominium Conversion of
Parcel 2, as said parcel is shown on the map entitled "Parcel
Map No. 209, a division of the property at Central and McKay
Avenues, Alameda, California"; filed June 30, 1966, Map Book 47,
Page 112, Alameda County Records; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, on March 4, 1980, held a public
hearing on said Tentative map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-3112 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, the Tentative Map for Tract 4374, heretofore
accepted and approved by the Planning Board, and subject to the
conditions contained in the City Planning Board's report to
this Council dated January 31, 1980, is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby finds the
Tentative Map for Tract 4374 is consistent with the City's
General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11-3112(h) determines that
discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system
will not violate regional water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th day of March, 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman
and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
