AMENDING SALARY AND POSITION RESOLUTION NO. 9162
BY AMENDING THE SALARY OF THE ASSISTANT CITY
MANAGER AND BY DELETING THE POSITION OF PERSONNEL
DIRECTOR
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
Resolution No. 9162, adopted October 2, 1979, be amended by
amending the salary of the Assistant City Manager, by deleting
the positions of Personnel Director and Personnel Technician f/hr
and by adding the position of Personnel Analyst and establishing
the salary therefor, as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions of this Resolu-
tion shall supersede those portions of Resolution No 9162, and
of any other resolution in conflict herewith, and all such con-
flicting provisions are, to the extent of such conflict only,
hereby repealed.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th day of March, 1980,
