ADOPTING BUDGETS FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
APPORTIONED FROM THE HIGHWAY USERS TAX ACCOUNT
IN THE TRANSPORTATION TAX FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAS, in accordance with applicable provisions of
Sections 2106 and 2107 of the Streets and Highways Code of
California, a project statement and budget has been prepared
showing the estimated expenditures of such funds recommended
to be made during the 1979 -1980 fiscal year and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said budgets,
is familiar with and approves the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that said budgets be and are hereby adopted
as the budgets of expenditures recommended to be made from
such funds during the 1979 -1980 fiscal year.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th day of March, 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman
and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
