AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HANSEN /MURAKAMI /ESHIMA INC FOR
DESIGN OF A BOAT RAMP AND FISHING PIER AT THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE ALAMEDA NAVAL AIR STATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be, and 'each hereby is, authorized and
directed "t0 execute and to attest to, respectively,_ on behalf
of the City, that certain proposed professional services agree-
ment with Hansen /Murakami /Eshima Inc. which provides for the
design and administration of construction of a boat ramp and
fishing pier at the southeast corner of the Alameda Naval Air
Station, to be known as the Alameda Pub] c Access.. Project, said
agreement to be substantially in the .Form of that on files in
the office of the City Clerk and marked "Filed, March 18 1980."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payment for said services
shall be from the Dwelling Unit Tax Fund, Account 2388.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on
the 18th day of March, 1980, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone,
Tillman and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
