Resolution 09258CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 9258 APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT 3843 AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEDICATIONS, EASEMENTS AND RESERVE STRIPS (VINTAGE PROPERTIES ALAMEDA CORPORATION - SUBDIVIDER), WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain pro- posed subdivision known as Tract 3843; and WHEREAS, Alameda Home Builders, a California Limited Partnership, by Vintage Properties Alameda Corporation, a Cali- fornia Corporation, a General Partner, subdivider herein, has Presented to the Council for approval a Final Map of that pro- posed subdivision known as Tract 3843, which is a subdivision for condominium purposes of a portion of Tract 30, Map of Alameda Marsh Land, filed July 30, 1900, in Book 25 of Maps, Pages 74-78, County of Alameda Records; and WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon certain streets designated Marina Village Parkway, Atlantic Avenue and Marina Village Drive dedicated to the public; certain non-exclusive easements for public utilities and their aPPurtenances, designated "Public Utilities Easement," dedicated to the public; certain parcels of land designated as "Sidewalk Easement" dedicated to the City of Alameda; certain rights of access for operations of public safety vehicles and emergency equipment dedicated to the City of Alameda; and 1.00-foot strips of land designated as Parcels 1 through 5, inclusive, granted to the City of Alameda; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of Tract 3843 be, and hereby is approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements and parcels of land dedicated to the public are hereby accepted, on behalf of the public, for use in conformity with the terms of the offers of dedication, and said "Sidewalk Easement" and access rights m- dedicated to the City of Alameda and said Parcels 1 through 5, _ inclusive, granted to the City of Alameda, are hereby accepted. IL7 C; I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of March, 1980, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman and President Corica - 5.
