AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH DANIEL REIDY
FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH
DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENT FOR
PATTON WAY
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with Daniel Reidy for
his services relating to review and assistance in the work of
the Consultants and serving as special advisor to the Project
Coordinator for the City's Patton Way Project has been sub
mitted to this Council, and the Council is fully informed and
aware of the terms and conditions thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Alameda that said agreement be entered into
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed
to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Alameda, that
certain agreement referred to above by and between Daniel Reidy
and the City of Alameda for his services relating to the
development of the environmental document for the Patton Way
Project, The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the
Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on
the 18th day of March, 1980, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen,Diament, Sherratt, Stone,
Tillman and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
