AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY OF
ALAMEDA ESTABLISHING PROCEDURES FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF
LABORATORY FEES RELATING TO DRIVING UNDER THE
INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR OTHER CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized and
;directed to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of
the City, an agreement with the County of Alameda establishing
procedures for reimbursing the City, pursuant to the provisions
Section 1463 „14 of the California State Penal Code, for, the
rformance of breath, blood, or urine analyses by a- forensic
;laboratory, following an arrest for driving under the influence of
alcohol or other controlled substances, said agreement to be sub -
stantially in the form of that heretofore placed on file in the
ffice of the City Clerk and marked "Filed, April 1, 1980,”

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council
of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st day
of April, 1980, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman
and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
