AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH
INDUSTRIAL EMPLOYERS AND DISTRIBUTORS ASSOCIATION
ESTABLISHING NEW RATES FOR CONSULTATION SERVICES
RELATING TO EMPLOYER - EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute, and the City
Clerk to attest to an amendment to the agreement heretofore on
April 5, 1979, entered into between the City and Industrial
Employers and Distributors Association, said amendment herein
authorized to provide that paragraph 3 of said agreement shall
provide for a new rate of payment, effective April 1; 1980.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council
of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st day
of April, 1980, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone, Tillman
and President Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
