AMENDING PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY
AND PETER A. EKSTEIN (HOUSING REHABILITATION
SPECIALIST)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute, and the
City Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City, an amendment to
that certain Personal Services Agreement dated February 9, 1979,
between the City and Peter A. Ekstein, Housing Rehabilitation
Specialist, said amendment to be substantially in the form of
that on file in the office of the City Clerk and marked "Filed
April 15, 1980," and providing for an increase in the monthly
compensation for said personal services.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the terms of said Amendment
to Personal Services Agreement shall be effective as of
February 1, 1980.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council
of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day
Of April, 1980, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diament, Sherratt, Stone,
Tillman and President Corica - 5.
NOES; None.
ABSENT: None.
