DESIGNATING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE APPLICATIONS
AND DOCUMENTS FOR PURPOSE OF OBTAINING FEDERAL
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE UNDER THE FEDERAL CIVIL
DEFENSE ACT OF 1950, AS AMENDED
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the following named individuals are hereby authorized to
execute for and in behalf of the City of Alameda, a public
entity established under the laws of the State of California,
applications and documents for the purpose of obtaining
financial assistance under the Federal Civil Defense Act of
1950, As Amended, (Public Law 920, 81st Congress, 50 U.S.C.
2251-2297).
