AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH DKS ASSOCIATES
FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH DESIGN
OF PATTON WAY
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with DKS Associates for its
professional consulting services for the design; plans, specifi-
cations, cost estimates and related documents for the construction
of Patton Way has been submitted to this Council and the Council
is fully informed and aware of the terms and conditions thereof;
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Alameda
that said agreement be entered into;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TES CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute, for and on behalf of the City of Alameda, certain
agreement referred to above by and between DKS Associates and the
City of Alameda for its services relating to the design, plans,
specifications, ccet estimates and related :. documents for the
construction of Patton Way. The City Clerk is hereby directed to
attest to same
T, the undersigned, hereby certify that the
foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted
and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of May, 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
