ACCEPTING FROM SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY
AN EASEMENT ACROSS ITS RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR SANITARY SEWERS
SERVING ALAMEDA :MARINA VILLAGE AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF SAID EASEMENT
AS, that certain Easement dated March 18, 1980
granted' by Southern Pacific Transportation Company, a Delaware
corporation, to the City of Alameda, a municipal corporation;
has been executed and delivered by the Grantor to the City
of Alameda; and

NOW,` THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that the aforementioned easement be, and the
same is hereby, accepted on behalf of the City of Alameda
and said City Council / acting for and in behalf of said City,
hereby consents to the recordation of said Deed and orders
this resolution to be attached thereto, as required by
Section 27281 of the Government Code of the State of
California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be and hereby is
authorized to execute the aforementioned easement, for and
on behalf of the City of Alameda, and the City Clerk is hereby
directed to attest to same.
T, the undersigned, hereby certify that the
foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted
and passed by the Council of the City of'Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of May, 1980,
