APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 4467, A CONDOMINIUM
SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY AT FOURTH STREET, PACIFIC AVENUE
AND MARSHALL WAY, FINDING SAID TENTATIVE MAP CONSISTENT
WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN AND DETERMINING THAT
DISCHARGE OF WASTE INTO SEWER SYSTEM WILL NOT VIOLATE
REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, Roma Development, Inc., developer herein, has
presented to the Council for approval a Tentative Map for Tract
4467, a condominium subdivision of property located at Fourth'
Street, Pacific Avenue and Marshall Way;
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -3112 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, the Tentative Map for Tract 4467, heretofore
accepted and approved by the Planning Board, and subject to the
conditions and based upon the findings contained in the City
Planning Board's report to this Council dated April 24, 1980,
is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11 -3112
(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby finds'
the Tentative Map for Tract 4467 is consistent with the City's
General Plan, and pursuant to Secrian 11- 3112(h) determines
that discharge of waste from the subdivision into t]se sewer
system will not violate regional water quality contrcil regula-
tions.
T., the undersigned, hereby certify that the
forgoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted
and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of May, 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
